We love our pets.

APPROVAL 

All animals must first be approved by management BEFORE they are allowed to be brought into the community. An ONLINE PET SCREENING must be completed accompanied by local city, township, county or borough Animal License. If the animal is "tentatively approved", management must meet the animal before granting approval. We reserve the right to revoke our "Approval" of any animals which, in OUR sole judgment, serves threat to other residents or has repeated violations of the STANDARDS. 

TYPES OF ANIMALS ALLOWED

Only domesticated animals such as dogs, cats canaries, etc are allowed. 

NO exotic or unusual animals, such as snakes, rabbits are allowed. 

ANIMAL RULES

· Only (2) domesticated animals weighing a maximum of 35lbs are allowed. 

· Animals (including cats) are NOT allowed to run loose in the community and must be kept on a leash and accompanied by a resident when outside of the home. 

· Animals are NEVER to be left unattended when outside the home. This means that the animals cannot be left tied nor can they be left outside on a porch or deck. 

· Any animal which is found unattended twice with in a twelve-month period will be removed from the community by the local Animal Control Officer or by the resident. The return of such animal to the community shall be deemed "just cause for the eviction of the resident from the community. 

· Animals may only be walked in its owner's yard or the vacant fields in the community. 

· Animal defecation must immediately be removed from the home site and sidewalks. 

· Animals found running loose will be turned over to the local Animal Control Officer. 

· Animals of visitors are not allowed.

· Residents are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

· No "Beware of Dog" signs are allowed. 

· Any animal that has attacked or bitten a person or other animal must be removed from the premises immediately. 

 ANIMAL FEE

· A refundable pet deposit will be charged upon screening of the pet (prices will vary and must be paid prior to the pet being moved into the home.) 

· $20 monthly per pet fee will be added to the monthly rent charge.
